Our Mission
Pongratz Properties Realty Management, LLC (PPRM) was formed to service the growing demand for rental property and multifamily housing needs in the Tucson, Arizona area.
PPRM is a family and privately owned real estate company with a total of 71 units spread over two multifamily complexes. The firm currently has a tenancy rate of 100% at this time.
When tenants rent from PPRM, they are with our firm for an average of five or more years. With a management team that is dedicated to focusing on equitable rents, occupancy levels, and management to tenant personalization, and an onsite maintenance that is highly skilled, our firm is committed to the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
